Structured, well-researched programmes: foundations of military leadership, knowledge circles in finance, civic leadership, law and health, and academic build-up for the exams that matter.
Awaken
Individual personality gap assessment, OLQ and LLQ workshops, endurance bootcamps and mentoring that shows a young person exactly who they are and who they could be.
Empower
Awakeners go on to serve, as officers, entrepreneurs, researchers and mentors, and to awaken leadership in others, multiplying the work across communities.

There is a critical gap in leadership mentoring within today's youth ecosystem. While skills and academics are taught, true leadership values are often missed.
On the other hand, there are military veterans with enormous leadership experience, from battlefield to boardroom, and inspiring leaders from the social and civil sector, ready to mentor the youth.
Inspired by the motto Educate · Awaken · Empower, Vizhi addresses this gap through well-researched, thoroughly tested and structured programmes, with the sole aim of kindling the leader inside every citizen.

We call our trained youth Awakeners.
Awakeners are youth who have completed Vizhi's structured programmes and emerged as disciplined, resilient leaders. They embody military values in civilian life, ready to serve as officers in the Armed Forces, officers in state and union uniformed services, entrepreneurs, researchers and mentors, contributing to nation building and society restructuring.
They are not just participants. They are torchbearers of Vizhi's vision and catalysts who awaken leadership in others, multiplying Vizhi's impact across communities.

When we started Vizhi, it was not just an organisation, it was a dream. A dream that every young Indian, regardless of where they come from, can discover the leader within themselves.
Being parents of two serving officers, one from the Indian Army and one from the Indian Navy, our inspiration comes from the military values of courage, discipline and service-before-self. These values do not belong only to those in uniform, they belong to every citizen who wishes to live with purpose and make a difference.
