Finance, civic leadership, law fundamentals, physical and mental health.
Phase 1, Application
OLQ and LLQ workshops, practical application of military values through individual and team tasks, leadership and endurance bootcamps, SSB mentoring.
Phase 2, Personal & Social Leadership
Based on Phase 1 performance, every fellow builds a pathway with their mentors, enhancing personal and social leadership through action.
